Pizza is an absolute favourite and I have missed it so much. I am very happy to put some ingredients back in the diet like tomato paste, colby cheese and manufactured bread.

Ingredients

Greek Pita bread for the base
Organic Tomato Paste
Garlic Dip

Spread about two teaspoons of each garlic dip and tomato sauce on the base and spread it around till well covered.

For the vegan out there, because I was one for a long time. Don’t put the sauce on the base but put them in a bowl first with all the topping ingredients. Give a good stir to well cover veggies with sauce then spread on pizza. Bake as usual.

Of Course you can substitute tomato paste with home made basil pesto or parsley pesto for a change: recipe on this website.

Toppings:

can really be anything you fancy, and be as simple or complex as you like. Here are some suggestions:
Leek cut really fine
courgette cut really fine
mushrooms
coriander
Colby cheese
Kale

Bake in the middle of the over at 200°C for about 20 minutes check and turn after 10 minutes especially is you have a hot oven.
