Simple Pasta

oh so simple pasta – With asparagus in season and zucchini fresh from the garden I made this fresh simple pasta for dinner. If it doesn’t have enough garlic I always add a bit of Garlic Dip by pilpel to add a bit more flavour right at the end.
Ingredients
2  cloves of garlic crushed
salt and pepper
pinch of citric acid
olive oil
3 asparagus spares
1/2 zucchini cut thin
1/4 cup of roasted sunflower seeds
1 spring onion
Pasta (gluten free)

Put pasta on to cook. Roast sunflower seeds. Lightly sauté vegies in olive oil throw in cooked pasta and sunflower seeds.
